We love this girl!

We’ve always wondered when having a girl differs from having a boy. Really, besides clothes and bows, for the first year they are pretty much the same. From one to two, Sadie Piper for sure showed signs of being girly. She’s more cuddly, will cry and when asked why say, “don’t know!” through the tears, has always loved shoes and sits still while I do her hair. But really, more than ever, she’s becoming such a girl since she’s been closer to two. She got some baby stuff for her birthday and will push the stroller (which has the baby, chap stick, two books and a drink in it. I’d say that’s all a girl needs for an outing!), carry her purse, wear her “high heels” and tell us “bye bye!” Like this:

When Berkley spits up or drools (both of which she does a TON), she’s the first to announce it and run for a burp cloth and wipes Berkley’s face. When she finds a bow, she wants it in her hair. When she spots a tutu, she wants to wear it (she also calls all skirts tutus). When she saw a stuffed dog at the store today, she went up and kissed it.She doesn’t just say “hi” she says “hi there!” She put her baby on the potty…
