You know, the kind of meals that it all goes in foil and gets cooked together? I’ve only done them on the grill, but found got this Bruschetta Chicken recipe from Kraft, and honestly, the only reason I even tried it was that I had a box of StoveTop stuffing that I didn’t know what to do with. Brian gave it a 7.5 on our 10 point scale and named it Canadian Thanksgiving (I asked why, but now I’m thinking his answer was interrupted by a “Hey Mom, after dinner, will you be the coach and can we play basketball?” or some other randomness that is our dinner table!, cause I don’t remember why he named it that). Keep in mind that above a 7 is a redo, so it cut it close! I would rate it higher cause it was better than I was expecting and it was easy; I made it earlier in the day and stuck the packets in the fridge all day.
