We recently discovered fish. Ok, well, I did. I didn’t think I liked fish, and once I learned that I did, I was still too scared to try to cook it. Fish intimates me. So I buy it breaded and frozen (Brian and SP eat the Chipotle kind and Becks and I get the Parmesan kind). We decided to put it in tortillas the other night. Made a salsa with onions, cilantro, tomatoes, lime juice and avocados. It’s our new favorite!
